Individual Items

For orders with total weight of less than 1 kg, we process your orders as individual items.

(i) S&H charges

For orders with total weight of less than 1 kg, we process your orders as individual items at NO SHIPPING COST to you.

(ii) Shipment methods

Individual items are sent via the very reliable international airmail service by the Hong Kong Post Office. http://hongkongpost.com

It normally takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks. For reliable express shipment, you can choose UPS as your shipping option at a higher shipping charge. You should receive the products within 5 days.

(iv) Shipping insurance

Like all major e-commerce companies, we are not responsible for individual items lost in transit. Optional insurance is offered for

For orders with total quantity of over 20 items, we process your orders as a bulk order.

Tax and Duty

Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.

However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption.
